Rev Abs is one of the latest workouts by Beachbody, the makers of many fitness workouts such as P90X, Insanity, Turbo-jam, Hip Hop Abs and many others. The REVABS trainer Brett Hoebel leads and coaches you through the workouts to get your abs into shape along with getting in a good cardio workout in the process.
