Joslyn James Denies Provoking Tiger Woods Sexting, Promises More Sordid Details Shortly

March 22nd, 2010

Last week, Joslyn James teed off on Tiger Woods by leaking a truckload of filthy texts allegedly from the golfer on her aptly-named website, sextingjoslynjames.com.

The Tiger Woods text messages, presented on a hilarious “iBone,” present him as a seriously depraved individual. She says there’s more were that came from, too.

In an interview with a New Zealand radio station, James says she plans to leak more dirty details soon, because people, including Elin Woods, have a right to know.

We totally do. Her interview highlights included:

  • Joslyn James denying she provoked the nasty, angry sexting.
  • Joslyn throwing Woods’ caddy, Steve Williams, under the bus, ands teasing that she met other “athlete celebrities” during her dalliances with Tiger.
  • Joslyn calling Woods “a grown man who made the choice to send those messages based on things he wanted to try of a sexual nature and I obliged.”
  • Joslyn denying she sold out Tiger for money, but at the same time teasing her big “future plans” and hilariously plugging her website on the air.

Here’s the full-length Joslyn James interview

Exes of Michelle McGee, Jesse James Seek Custody

March 22nd, 2010

The former spouses of Michelle McGee and Jesse James are seeking custody of their kids following McGee’s divulging of her affair with Sandra Bullock’s husband.

Michelle “Bombshell” McGee, the alleged Jesse James mistress, is now locked in a custody battle with ex-husband Ronald Shane Modica. It’s getting nastier now.

Modica is seeksing temporary and legal custody of Avery, their five-year-old son, filing a motion as a direct result of the sex scandal involving his ex and James.

Court documents shed alarming new light on Michelle “Bombshell” McGee. Modica states that “I need protection” amid the swarm of celebrity gossip attention.

“If [Michelle McGee] sees Avery, she will bring these curosity seekers and glory hounds down on herself and Avery, totally confusing and frankly scaring him.”

Michelle Bombshell McGee Pic

Jesse James’ alleged mistress, Michelle McGee, is a real piece of work.

He also adds that Avery gets upset when it’s time to go to his mother’s house, declaring “He fights me violently, and screams, yells, cries and begs not to go.”

We can see why, given all the Nazi paraphernalia.

Modica fears McGee may flee to Australia (where she reportedly has a boyfriend) and take Avery with her, and calls out her lifestyle of “stripping, pills, alcohol.”

He says she has brought her X-rated “performances” into the home she shares with Avery, such as “pornographic shoots there and live WEB cam broadcasts.”

Gross. But not as upsetting as accusations that Michelle dated gang members, and is mentally ill yet refuses to take prescribed medication for bipolar disorder.

In light of McGee’s now-infamous Nazi photo shoot, Modica alleges that her home features “child block magnets on the refrigerator that spell out ‘White Power.’”

James is currently undergoing a similar situation.

Maybe Michelle and Jesse James can commiserate, because his ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, is going to court to wrestle custody from Jesse at the same time.

The trigger was the Michelle McGee/Sandra Bullock meltdown.

Janine Lindemulder, who has clashed with James and Bullock in the past, has filed legal papers in their custody case involving six-year-old daughter, Sunny.

Currently, Jesse has full custody of Sunny. Why? Because Janine lives in a halfway house after being locked up for tax evasion, natch. Real normal situation.

Until this week he didn’t stand a chance of gaining even partial custody, since Bullock was such a stabilizing family influence, any judge would shut her down.

Now, however, it’s game on! According to sources, Janine now believes Sandra will divorce Jesse and she feels she has a shot at getting some custodial rights.

She did already move out, supposedly, though the paid has not officially split or acknowledged the affair aside from James’ vague apology statement Thursday.

Dancing’s Cheryl Burke: I Had to Google Chad Ochocinco, Too

March 21st, 2010

Cheryl Burke

Googling her Dancing with the Stars partners is becoming Cheryl Burke’s pre-season ritual. Last season, she had to Google former House majority leader Tom DeLay. This time around, she turned to the search engine to brush up on Cincinnati Bengal wide receiver Chad Ochocinco. “Isn’t it funny? I didn’t know anything about him either,” she tells TVGuide.com. “It just shows you all I’ve been doing since I was a little kid is dancing.” So what was her reaction when she learned about the NFL star? Find out below.

TVGuide.com: How’s everything looking?
Cheryl Burke:
It’s all finally come together this past week. This has been the shortest time period [between the cast announcement and the premiere] that we’ve had since I’ve been on Dancing with the Stars. We only have three weeks to train. I was a little panicked because an extra week really makes a difference. I had to kind of rearrange everything. Normally, the first week is just basics, but since we only had three weeks, we went straight into the routine.

Meet the Season 10 Dancing cast

TVGuide.com: Do you know why they shortened the prep time? You’ve had more than a month to train in the past.
Burke:
When I was with Emmitt [Smith], we had six weeks. Sometimes it was five weeks. The last two seasons, we had four weeks. I think they don’t want all the celebs to come out and look really good. I think they want to see improvement for everyone every single week, which is what the show is about. If everyone starts out strong, the only place to go is down. I like that we have two weeks before the first elimination again. It gives everyone a chance to stay on an extra week and feel comfortable with the process. And the public has the chance to get to know each celebrity more.

TVGuide.com: A lot of people were surprised Chad’s doing the show. Were you?
Burke:
Honestly, I am not a sports girl. I know a couple of football players, but Chad, I’ve never really heard of, so I had to do some research. When I Googled him and saw some stuff, I was like, “OK, this guy has a lot of personality.” [Laughs] He’s a really great guy. I didn’t [tell him I didn't know who he was], but he kind of knew with all the interviews we’ve done.

Dancing’s Louis van Amstel: Niecy Nash and I “have so much chemistry”

TVGuide.com: You won with Emmitt. How do the two of them compare?
Burke:
[They're both] light on their feet. Chad’s a lot taller and leaner, so I’m allowed to do different things when it comes to his arms. Emmitt was a lot shorter and wider, so it was harder for him to use arms in the transitions, and I had to choreograph around that. With Chad, I don’t have to hide that. They’re both really hard workers. … That’s why I love working with athletes — they just know what it takes. There’s no drama. They know how to be coached. They can take direction and can go home, study and come back and do it.

TVGuide.com: Emmitt was retired when he did the show, but Chad’s still playing. Is there anything he can bring from football to dancing?
Burke: Actually, I think his coach wanted him to do the show because he wanted him to become more flexible in football. He got his coach’s blessing to do the show. So instead of coming in here with what he has already, he’s going to leave with something that will help him on the football field.

Dancing’s Derek Hough: Nicole Scherzinger is not a ringer

TVGuide.com: Is it true he doesn’t want you to compliment him?
Burke:
Yeah, he’s the first one who’s ever said that to me! The first day, you’re testing the waters, so I was like, “Good job.” And he’s like, “Don’t lie to me. Don’t tell me it’s good unless it’s really good.” I said, “OK, great. You’re my favorite guy!” [Laughs] … I think this whole process has really humbled him. When we first started, I think he thought he knew how to dance, but I don’t think he knew what he was getting into. Our cha-cha is very fast and it’s a different type of song that the show’s never really used before. He bowed down to me at one point last week and said, “Oh my God! I have so much respect for you guys. I didn’t realize how hard this was.”

TVGuide.com: Are any of your costumes going to involve a poncho and a sombrero?
Burke:
[Laughs] He definitely wants some crazy stuff when it comes to costumes. I’m all for it as long as it’s in a tasteful manner. He jokes around about having a see-through costume and blowing up the bottom part. I’m like, “I don’t think that’s going to happen. ABC’s not going to allow that!”

TVGuide.com: If you stay long enough, he’ll design your costumes.
Burke:
Yeah, I’m not worried about that at all. He talks a lot, but at the end of the day, he’s very respectful. He’s really sweet, really nice. He won’t talk back to the judges. He won’t do what people think he’s going to do. He knows what he’s there for and takes this very seriously, so if we last to that week, I’m sure they’ll be fine.

Dancing’s Anna Trebunskaya flying out the window?

TVGuide.com: You have your own fitness clothing line. Do you have new designs this year?
Burke:
We’re trying to recreate it little bit right now, make it more of a dance-wear that you can wear on the street as well. I’ve been wearing the line on the show for a while now, so I’m hoping to get new samples this season. I’m working on that and hopefully opening up another studio too.

Federal Court: Anna Nicole Smith Estate Will Not Receive Any Money From Late Billionaire Husband

March 20th, 2010

Anna Nicole Smith

A federal appeals court ruled Friday that the estate of the late Anna Nicole Smith will not receive any portion of the estate of her deceased Texas billionaire husband, according to The Associated Press.

The ruling ends a 15-year legal battle between Smith and the son of oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall. Smith, then 26, and Marshall were married for one year before he died at the age of 90 in 1995. Following his death, Smith claimed her husband had intended to leave her upwards of $300 million.

Since the case began, both Smith and her former son-in-law, E. Pierce Marshall, have died. Marshall succumbed to a fatal infection in 2006 and Smith died from a drug overdose in 2007. Their heirs and attorneys continued the legal battle.

Smith said she was owed millions of her late husband’s $1.6 billion estate despite not being in his trust, which was set up 12 years before their marriage. The former Playboy playmate said Marshall had promised to leave her money and claimed that his son had illegally coerced his father to keep Smith out of the will.

In Texas, a jury favored with the younger Marshall following a five-month trial in 2001. At one point, Smith was awarded $474 million in bankruptcy court after she filed for bankruptcy in California. This was later reduced to $89 million in a federal court trial ruling. Friday’s ruling from the federal court of appeals said both these rulings should be ignored.

“Our only wish would be that Pierce was here to see his vindication,” the family said in a prepared statement to the AP. Kent Richland, the representative for Smith’s estate, told the news agency he plans to appeal the ruling.

Eddie Cibrian

As a cast member on CSI: Miami, Eddie Cibrian is used to big explosions, gory murder scenes and lots of action. However, Cibrian’s new TV movie, Healing Hands, puts the old adage less is more to the test.

“The more subtle it is, the more believable it’s going to be,” Cibrian tells TVGuide.com. “[Director Bradford May] had the same idea, so when we were doing it, it was just a very subtle kind of thing we wanted to do on camera. We’ll let the imagination of the viewers take it to the next level.”

Doctors Under Investigation in Michael Jackson, Brittany Murphy, Corey Haim Deaths

March 20th, 2010

The deaths of Michael Jackson, Brittany Murphy and Corey Haim raised questions regarding prescription drugs, and have sparked an investigation, sources report.

The California State Attorney General’s Office is investigating a number of doctors who prescribed meds for the aforementioned stars, all of whom died recently.

Several dozen doctors are being investigated for allegedly prescribing medication without medical justification. The A.G. is also looking at their various aliases.

Sources say between 25-30 doctors are being “actively investigated.” As we know, Dr. Conrad Murray already faces a manslaughter charge in the Jackson case.

He may not be the last. Two doctors who prescribed drugs to Anna Nicole Smith also face charges in connection with the former Playboy model’s 2007 death.

The deaths of these stars beg many questions about the ethics of prescribing certain drugs, and have now prompted a California Attorney General’s office investigation.

Continuing this disturbing trend, Haim’s death earlier this month has already been linked to a massive drug ring, with a criminal investigation sure to follow.
