Top Chef’s Richard Blais Welcomes Daughter No. 2

Top Chef contestant Richard Blais has another mouth to feed: He and his wife, Jazmin, welcomed their second daughter Saturday in Atlanta.
Blais made the announcement and posted his daughter’s first picture on his Twitter page. “Welcome Embry Lotus Blais!” he wrote.
