In Season 2, Hot in Cleveland (10/9c, TV Land) has already seen Betty White’s old TV pincushion Mary Tyler Moore and Valerie Bertinelli’s former sitcom mom Bonnie Franklin fill big guest slots. And, according to executive producer Todd Milliner, the parade of bold-faced names won’t end there. “We’ve got a lot of people who want to come in and play with these guys,” says Milliner.

Joe Jonas is going solo.
No, not a solo record: The middle member of the Jonas Brothers will do a solo guest spot on the TV Land hit ‘Hot in Cleveland,’ according to the Ausiello Files.
Joe is set to play Valerie Bertinelli’s son on an upcoming episode, set to air in August. The report speculates that since the sitcom is signed up for a second season, Joe should be due for a return visit or two.

Days after landing a Saturday Night Live hosting gig and a guest spot on The Middle, she has signed on as a regular for TV Land’s first scripted series, Hot in Cleveland, The Associated Press reports.

The sitcom stars three other funny ladies, Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves and Wendie Malick, as Los Angeles pals who wind up in Cleveland and decide to stay there because the locals find them glamorous. White, 88, will play the trio’s feisty caretaker. The six-time Emmy winner previously was attached just for the pilot.

Production on Hot in Cleveland, which has been picked up for 10 episodes, is slated to begin soon with a target on a June premiere.
