Did Simon get while the gettin’ was good? Season 10 of American Idol debuted to 26.1 million people, down 13 percent from last year’s 29.9 million.

Last week Brenda made it clear that she wanted Marty gone, so she put into action a plan to force him to play the hidden immunity idol. But at tribal council, Marty didn’t play the idol and the vote was deadlocked between Marty and Kelly B. Jeff instructed the La Flor tribe members to vote again, this time only for Marty or Kelly B. Since Marty held onto the idol, it was the perfect opportunity to oust the self-proclaimed mastermind and also get rid of the idol. But La Flor instead chose to snuff out Kelly B. Makes. No. Sense. Perhaps things will become more clear tonight when a plot is hatched to rob Marty of the unused idol. — Tim Holland

OK, quit playing Movie Mash dvd Australia up and wine-up, everbody! We need to talk about Cougar Town.

Is it as warm and fuzzy as Modern Family? No. Is it as sassy and gay as Glee? Almost. Is there enough to love about this show that it deserves some praise? Definitely. It’s got one of current TV’s most entertaining ensembles, some hella clever writing (Greysonships, nonversations) and, like its edgier cable counterparts — yes you, It’s Always Sunny — Town gets away with being really wrong sometimes. Dead-baby lasagna, anyone? Sure, it may not be your pick for a family-friendly night in, but if you want to cut loose with a goofy, bawdy group of friends, this here is what you’re looking for.
