Two years and 406 episodes later, Jimmy Fallon has just one complaint about the success of Late Night: His parents now crave Red Bull.

“I wish my parents would DVR my show or Tivo it. They’re staying up too late,” Fallon told TVGuide.com. Apparently, mom and dad watch the show live every night at 12:37 a.m. “They’re becoming night owls. They’re opening up a night club now. They’re addicted to Red Bull. I’m afraid for their health.”

But aside from his parents’ sleep deprivation, Fallon had little to complain about at Friday’s PaleyFest panel celebrating his two-year anniversary. “It’s gone by so fast,” he said. “Sometimes it feels like two weeks and sometimes it feels like 100 years.”

A judge dismissed the two conspiracy felony charges against Anna Nicole Smith’s boyfriend-lawyer Howard K. Stern on Thursday, ruling that there was no evidence he intended fraud when he got drugs for the late star under fake names, The Associated Press reports.

Perry also dismissed the two conspiracy charges against Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, Smith’s psychiatrist, and reduced a charge against her of unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance to a misdemeanor. Citing Eroshevich’s long career and her concern for Smith, Perry sentenced her to no more than one year of probation and a $100 fine for obtaining one Vicodin prescription under a false name.

“The evidence is that Howard Stern did not have an intent to break the law,” Perry said, adding that without Stern’s participation, there was no conspiracy …

David Arquette is apologizing to his wife Courteney after a perhaps-too-forthcoming radio interview on Howard Stern.

Aptly-named fame whore Jaimee Grubbs says Rachel Uchitel has a point about some Tiger Woods mistresses using the sordid scandal for their own benefit.

She’s not one of ‘em, though … she somehow claims with a straight face.

On Friday, Uchitel said a lot of the girls have been trying to sell videos and appear in celebrity boxing matches. She singled out Joslyn James in particular.

Jaimee Grubbs, mistress #2, denies she’s done anything of the sort.

“I don’t deny Rachel’s quote that some of the girls involved with Tiger are doing it for the purpose of fame and spotlight,” she says. “However, I can only speak for myself and I’m pretty sure I didn’t try to gain fame by having half the world hating me.”
