According to former pop star Tiffany, Miley Cyrus is doing nothing wrong in her attempt to reshape her image and find a more mature audience.

“Miley Cyrus is on a great track,” the singer told Us Weekly over the weekend. “I know that there are a lot of people that say ‘well, when you are so young you shouldn’t be sexy.’ [But] I think that in today’s world you kind of have to be [sexy] to be competitive in the market.

It’s a very sad day in Hollywood: Amanda Bynes has retired from acting. We’ll give you a moment to collect yourself…

In a series of Tweets today, the 24-year old actress wrote:

Being an actress isn’t as fun as it may seem. If I don’t love something anymore, I stop doing it. I don’t love acting anymore, so I’ve stopped doing it.

I know 24 is a young age to retire but you heard it here first I’ve #retired.

Bynes has not starred in a movie since 2007’s Hairspray. She anchored her own sitcom, What I Like About You, from 2002 to 2006.

Earlier today, Miley Cyrus sent a message to the world: I am not a slut.

Now, Perez Hilton has a message of his own: I am not a distributor of child pornography!

The latter statement is needed because the self-absorbed, immature celebrity gossip blogger has been accused of Tweeting an uncensored photo of Miley’s crotch.

In an insincere, lame video on his website today, Perez said: “Do you think I’m stupid enough to post a photo of Miley if she’s not wearing any underwear down there? No! Sure I like to seem controversial, but I don’t want to go to jail.”

He then published the following circled photo, which depicts Miley in the same outfit as she wore in the original, scandalous picture (below, left) and supposedly proves she was wearing underwear all along:

None of this changes the fact that Hilton is an absolute tool. He offers nothing interesting or creative on his blog, relying on such pathetic gimmicks as upskirt shots and penis drawings to get attention.

At this point, there’s no real chance of Perez receiving any legal punishment, although a Los Angeles criminal defense attorney told Salon.com that it was “suicidal” for the blogger to distribute the image.

“We’re not talking about a misdemeanor,” Jeffrey Douglas said. “You don’t have to know what the definition of the law is; all you have to do is knowingly distribute the photograph.”

If you’re curious about the definition of douche bag, by the way, don’t bother opening up a dictionary. Just find a photo of Perez Hilton.

Why they won’t: They get 7s and 8s. Nicole and Evan get 9s and 10s. If Chad and Cheryl advanced to the finals this week, it would be a surprise.

Erin Andrews & Maksim Chmerkovskiy
Why they’ll win: Fan support. Chemistry. Regardless of whether Maksim Chmerkovskiy is seeing Erin Andrews nude, there is heat on the dance floor. Not just as gimmicks, either. Erin has thrived in Maks’ challenging routines.
Why they won’t: You need to be brilliant, not just very good; Judges dock points for their sexy routines; Good looks could also work against them.
Odds: 12-1

Evan Lysacek & Anna Trebunskaya
Why they’ll win: They put up one of two perfect scores this season, and he’s Nicole’s top competitor in terms of technical proficiency, skill and agility. If he has a great week, and/or her fans don’t vote en masse, he could pull an upset.
Why they won’t: Likely needs a 30. That’s a tall order. Have had more slip-ups and shown more flaws, albeit relatively few, than Nicole and Derek.
Odds: 4-1

Nicole Scherzinger & Derek Hough
Why they’ll win: She’s the most talented, already kind of a professional dancer and a perfectionist. The ladies love Derek, and don’t dislike the Pussycat Doll.
Why they won’t: No reason.

Tiger Woods and fed-up wife Elin Nordegren Woods appear headed to divorce court as attempts to heal their shattered union apparently came up short.

Elin has already met with a divorce lawyer, according to reports, and the final straw in their disintegrating marriage may have been his return to golf.

Or the creepy Tiger Woods Nike ad that accompanied it.

The New York Daily News, People, and his hometown Orlando Sentinel confirm the divorce lawyer meeting, and ET says the marriage is “indeed over.”

Numerous reports say Elin Nordegren was irate over the Nike ad that aired during last week’s Masters featuring the voice of Woods’ late father, Earl.

Already concerned that he was insincere in his efforts to change his ways and put family first, the ad spot is said to have pushed her over the edge.

Will Tiger Woods’ next drive be to divorce court?

According to ET, Woods believed his trip to rehab stint for sex addiction would be enough to keep his family together. Only temporarily, it seems. If that.

Elin is reportedly fixing up the $2 million house she purchased in her native country, fueling rumors that she is moving to Sweden for good this summer.

There is speculation that she will choose to live there with her kids after a split with Woods … and it would be hard to blame her if that were the case.

It is imperative to note that nothing has been confirmed by either Tiger or Elin Woods as of now. There is certainly more to this than we possibly know.

However, you have to figure things aren’t going well. All Tiger offered last week was that he was excited to be back … nary a word about his spouse.

Even worse? The fact that relations were noticeably better between the two as recently as early March, then cooled. Now they’re on vacation… separately.
