The chilling Mel Gibson tape, in which he berates ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, is apparently not the only celebrity death threat alleged this afternoon.

Jesse James’ ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, threatened to kill him in the past, according to what his lawyer just told the judge in their nasty custody battle.

Fighting for custody of daughter Sunny, James personally has been testifying on the stand this morning, but hasn’t mentioned the allegation … so far.

The motorcycle guru bought a house in Austin, Texas, and wants to take Sunny there so she can be closer to his most recent ex-wife, Sandra Bullock.

Ex-wife #2 is far from pleased about that proposed plan.

At least Jesse James and Sandra Bullock split amicably and quietly. He and his ex-wife are at each other’s throats in court, and it’s getting uglier every day.

Over nearly five years of marriage, Bullock developed a close relationship with Sunny and his two older kids before his cheating led to their divorce.

Lindemulder, who just got out of a halfway house and can’t leave the state of California, filed documents trying to stop the planned move by James.

Janine says the Sandra Bullock excuse doesn’t hold water because if she really cared about Jesse’s children … she would have stayed in California.

We’ll see what a judge has to say about that, but we know James has alleged on many previous occasions that unstable Janine is a threat to Sunny.

A big enough threat to bar her from all contact? Stay tuned.

He may be America’s Most Hated, but Jesse James says his ex-wife Janine Lindemulder is a hard core druggie who shouldn’t be left alone with their child.

In short, he’s an immoral, cheating mess - but she’s flat out dangerous!

She’s also a convicted felon, which he didn’t even mention in his recent bid to keep their daughter protected from her, but it probably won’t help her case.

Jesse believes Janine is so unstable that he’s refusing to allow daughter Sunny to spend time alone with her mom, in spite of a court order to the contrary.

The embattled bike entrepreneur’s attorney is going to court Friday morning, armed with evidence that his second ex-wife cannot be trusted unmonitored.

Janine and Sandra are both peeved at Jesse … for different reasons.

The judge in the custody battle issued an order last week, allowing Janine, a porn star straight out of a halfway house, the right to unmonitored visitation.

James, who has full custody rights for the time being, granted her access to Sunny recently, but apparently soured on the prospect of unsupervised time.

Reports say Janine was actually supposed to see Sunny yesterday but Jesse refused to hand over the 6-year-old girl because he felt she would be at risk.

We’ll see what the judge decides this time around.

As if drama with Sandra Bullock weren’t enjoy for Jesse these days … poor guy. Well, partially. He deserves all the blame for cheating on Sandra. Jerk!

Michelle “Bombshell” McGee is still talking. She’s still sounding inane and trying to get attention. If you’re still interested, read on and hear what she said.

Jesse James’ mistress is defending recently unearthed photos of herself wearing Nazi regalia, saying “I don’t believe it’s racism at all. Anti-Semitism? Yes.”

“If that was the intention of putting the costume on.”

Toronto TV program etalk interviewer Elaine Lui pointed out that Anti-Semitism is racism. McGee said: “That’s your view on that. I don’t see it that way.”

Okay then.

The pictures in question were followed by a similarly absurd Jesse James Nazi photo. He said on Nightline it “makes me really sad” to be called a racist.

Michelle McGee: Not racist. Just anti-Semitic.

Having not exhausted her daily quota of ridiculous comments, Michelle “Bombshell” McGee also believes she did Sandra Bullock a favor by boning James.

“In a twisted type of way,” she opines, “I guess Sandra should be thankful that I did come forward and let her know that her husband did cheat on her.”

The controversial model/stripper was in town to promote infidelity in a commercial for Ashley Madison, an online dating service for those in relationships.

“I have two beautiful boys to take care of, I’m a single mom,” she said of making money from the pro-adultery site. “So yeah, I have profited off of this.”

No kidding.

“It’s my first priority to take care of my kids, to make sure they have a roof over their heads and food. I will do what it takes to support my children.”

They have a great role model, that’s for sure.

With his divorce from Sandra Bullock looming, Jesse James has reportedly turned to eBay to earn some extra cash. Been there, Jesse James. Been there.

America’s Most Hated is listing rare pre-war bicycles and other belongings like West Coast Choppers memorabilia, parts and a hand-painted mini coffin.

No word if the hat from the Jesse James Nazi pic is available.

The Web site quotes one of James’ buyers as leaving encouraging feedback after a transaction: “And the Oscar for best eBaying goes toooo… thanks.”

Whatever that means.

Jesse James is looking to make some money online. Who isn’t?

“Jesse is trying to lead a very quiet life now,” a source tells Us of Sandra Bullock’s cheating soon-to-be-ex. “He wants to get back to a normal routine.”

While James may be pinching pennies, Bullock, on the other hand, has pulled out all the stops to spoil her four-month-old adopted son, Louis Bardo.

Settling into her new mom role, the actress recently spent $248 on baby clothes during a 45-minute boutique shopping spree in Austin, Tx., May 14.

Bullock, who confirmed her divorce and adoption of Louis the same day, looks committed to immersing herself fully and quickly into life sans Jesse.

The Michelle McGee PR tour continues.

Relentlessly milking her infamous status as Jesse James’ mistress for every cent it’s worth, “Bombshell” is featured in the new issue of Steppin’ Out magazine.

What a cheap hack. Pretty gross, too.

Apparently under the impression people care what she thinks, Michelle McGee before she became a mistress, she believed “if a man cheats it’s horrible.”

But now? “I think men are made to spread their seed. Women need to accept that. You need to know that men are not meant to be with one woman.”

Class act, this one.

Michelle “Bombshell” McGee attempts to act classy.

“I think you can totally love your spouse and sleep with other women,” says the Nazi with colored friends. “That urge will always be there if you’re a man.”

“I believe you can love your wife 100 percent and still stray.”

The lady also says she feels bad for Sandra Bullock. Sure.

“It should be a happy time in her life,” Michelle says. “She shouldn’t be worried about this. She should be enjoying her time with her baby and celebrating. So I do feel bad about all this. I’d like to sit down and talk to her over lunch.”

Mmm. Don’t know if we’d hold our breath or wait by the phone.

As for Jesse James, she says she doesn’t buy rumors that he had a sex addiction problem, claiming that “It’s just an easy way to explain why you cheated.”

Okay, we’ll give her that. Sorry, Jesse and Tiger Woods.

Nearly two weeks after publicly apologizing to wife Sandra Bullock and his children for “poor judgement,” Jesse James has entered a treatment facility, People reports.

“Jesse checked himself into a treatment facility to deal with personal issues,” his rep said in a statement to the magazine. “He realized that this time was crucial to help himself, help his family and help save his marriage.”

It is unknown what James, 40, is seeking treament for or where the facility is located.

Since In Touch first published a cover story about James’ reported extramarital affair with Michelle “Bombshell” McGee, three other women have come forward claiming to have had affairs with the former Monster Garage star. Bullock, who won an Oscar earlier this month, has since abruptly pulled out of two European premieres for The Blind Side.

Jesse James’ ex-wife: “He’s a chronic cheater”

James has three children from a previous marriage and has been married to Bullock since 2005.

Many cynical people out there may assume that Jesse James’ alleged mistress, Michelle McGee, slept with Sandra Bullock’s hubby for potential money and notoriety.

Michelle “Bombshell” McGee would not argue with those people!

Admitting she got horizontal with James with ulterior motives, McGee nevertheless says it was a somewhat altruistic move to establish “a better life for my family.”

The way she’s making a better life? Raking in cash.

Think about it, it’s win-win. Had she ended up with Jesse James, she’d have access to at least some money. But since the affair apparently didn’t work out, she sold his a$$ out to a celebrity gossip magazine and b!tch got paid anyway! Genius!

BOMBSHELL: Hey, at least Michelle McGee’s up front about why she dropped it.

According to Radar Online, which likely paid for details about McGee getting paid to talk about getting nailed by James, she’s “working on more deals to make cash” too.

Stay tuned, in other words.

It appears her seduction of James was premeditated to profit for her children’s future. McGee apologized for hurting her family, expresses sadness over “hate mail” she has been receiving and goes on to reiterate that she “did it for my family.”

The irony there, aside from being guilty of deceit and adultery in the name of small children, is that what she says she did for her kids may end up costing her her kids.

McGee’s ex-husband, Shane Modica, filed an emergency motion on Friday seeking full custody of their five-year-old son, Avery. No word on whether he’ll succeed there.

Either way, she’s already provided inspiration for others to come out of the woodwork - Melissa Smith, a stripper like McGee, says the married James nailed her as well.

The former spouses of Michelle McGee and Jesse James are seeking custody of their kids following McGee’s divulging of her affair with Sandra Bullock’s husband.

Michelle “Bombshell” McGee, the alleged Jesse James mistress, is now locked in a custody battle with ex-husband Ronald Shane Modica. It’s getting nastier now.

Modica is seeksing temporary and legal custody of Avery, their five-year-old son, filing a motion as a direct result of the sex scandal involving his ex and James.

Court documents shed alarming new light on Michelle “Bombshell” McGee. Modica states that “I need protection” amid the swarm of celebrity gossip attention.

“If [Michelle McGee] sees Avery, she will bring these curosity seekers and glory hounds down on herself and Avery, totally confusing and frankly scaring him.”

Jesse James’ alleged mistress, Michelle McGee, is a real piece of work.

He also adds that Avery gets upset when it’s time to go to his mother’s house, declaring “He fights me violently, and screams, yells, cries and begs not to go.”

We can see why, given all the Nazi paraphernalia.

Modica fears McGee may flee to Australia (where she reportedly has a boyfriend) and take Avery with her, and calls out her lifestyle of “stripping, pills, alcohol.”

He says she has brought her X-rated “performances” into the home she shares with Avery, such as “pornographic shoots there and live WEB cam broadcasts.”

Gross. But not as upsetting as accusations that Michelle dated gang members, and is mentally ill yet refuses to take prescribed medication for bipolar disorder.

In light of McGee’s now-infamous Nazi photo shoot, Modica alleges that her home features “child block magnets on the refrigerator that spell out ‘White Power.’”

James is currently undergoing a similar situation.

Maybe Michelle and Jesse James can commiserate, because his ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, is going to court to wrestle custody from Jesse at the same time.

The trigger was the Michelle McGee/Sandra Bullock meltdown.

Janine Lindemulder, who has clashed with James and Bullock in the past, has filed legal papers in their custody case involving six-year-old daughter, Sunny.

Currently, Jesse has full custody of Sunny. Why? Because Janine lives in a halfway house after being locked up for tax evasion, natch. Real normal situation.

Until this week he didn’t stand a chance of gaining even partial custody, since Bullock was such a stabilizing family influence, any judge would shut her down.

Now, however, it’s game on! According to sources, Janine now believes Sandra will divorce Jesse and she feels she has a shot at getting some custodial rights.

She did already move out, supposedly, though the paid has not officially split or acknowledged the affair aside from James’ vague apology statement Thursday.

Michelle “Bombshell” McGee accuses James of hitting that repeatedly.

In his “apology,” James never directly admits to having an affair, match, but says, “There is only one person to blame for this whole situation, and that is me.”

Yeah. No $h!t. Who does this guy think he is, Tiger Woods?!

Did Jesse James cheat on Sandra Bullock with Michelle McGee, a supposed tattoo model and mother of two? He hasn’t admitted it in so many words, but it looks like it.

The Monster Garage star claims says a “vast majority” of the allegations made against him are “untrue and unfounded,” but goes on to say that, “It’s because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way.”

Seriously dude. Stop channeling Tiger.

While dodging cheating allegations, Jesse concludes, “This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them. I am truly very sorry for the grief I have caused.”

“I hope one day they can find it in their hearts to forgive me.”

FYI, reportedly Sandra Bullock moved out already.
