Sitting in third place and poised to make a run at his 15th major championship at the U.S. Open, this could be a Father’s Day to remember for Tiger Woods.

Maybe he can even give the trophy to his love child with Devon James!

The porn star mistress who claims Tiger is the father of her 9-year-old son says he knows all about the kid, and even sent presents for the boy in the past.

Reports that he fathered a child with Devon James surfaced last week, courtesy of claims by the mistress herself, but were refuted by James’ own mother.

Devon’s mom says a DNA test disproves claims that Tiger is the father.

However, Devon says no such test exists, and went and filed a paternity action suit against Woods in which she demands a paternity test, on Thursday.

Kid kinda does look like Tiger. Just saying.

A rep for James tells us the filing shouldn’t surprise Tiger, either, since she told him about Austin T. James (T is for Tiger, obviously) back in August 2008.

He even gave him some swag a month later, she says.

James’ rep says Tiger Woods got Devon James got pregnant in 2000, and she didn’t see the golfer again until 2006, when he paid $2,000 for a threesome.

At that time, she was scared to tell Woods about the kid because she “thought he would take her son away from her.” Laughable, but the story continues:

They began seeing each other (naked) again from 2006-2008, the rep says, and James told Tiger about her son, and that he was the father, in August ‘08.

Tiger didn’t really acknowledge James’ claim, but when they saw each other a month later, Tiger brought golf clubs, a hat, and a bracelet “for your son.”

Anyone buying it?

• Meanwhile, Randy Jackson, Michael’s brother, suffered a heart attack, and Katherine wants her former daughter-in-law and her kids out of the house.
• Anna Gray and Shannon Price are battling for Gary Coleman’s estate.
• There are DUIs, and there is Chris Klein, driving absolutely plastered.
• NFL QB Vince Young was arrested in a fight, then asked God for help.
• Lindsay Lohan actually tested negative for drugs and alcohol!

• Robert Pattinson either dumped Kristen Stewart or wants to marry her, depending on the tabloid you read. In real news, she and Taylor Lautner are hot!
• Ali Fedotowsky is getting serious with a number of guys on one of TV’s highest rated reality shows, but The Bachelorette spoilers hint a shocking ending.

Cut off by The Hills, and possibly by his wife, Spencer Pratt has been left alone with his thoughts. Fortunately, he still a Twitter account on which to share them.

Without any reality show producers to worry about, the hothead returned to the social networking site after a prolonged absence, unleashing a fury of Tweets.

No one is safe.

While he did not directly address his separation from Heidi Montag, Spencer targeted Hills stars and strangers alike in a rant easily comprising 100+ Tweets.

On Lo Bosworth: “Lo has been banging 60 year old rich guys on the side to keep up her look because she only gets paid few grand and plays star HAHA.”

“I pray to see @lobosworth ugly ass out in a club now that i can do whatever i want without feeling bad for heidi! lo your [sic] f–ked! Wh-re!”

Spencer Pratt has officially lost it.

On Audrina Patridge, who he previously accused of getting “Tijuana plastic surgery”: “Audrina has fake everything. Damn we fakeass reality show foolios.”

On Whitney Port, now the star of MTV’s The City: “No whitney port sucks and has ever since we were in high school together before all her surgeries.”

On Heidi’s mom, Darlene Egelhoff: “it’s her fake mom. ask the government! darlene lied about everything she told Heidi. she stole heidi as a baby! REAL.”

Wow. Spreading the love to strangers as well, Spencer targeted a particular Twitter user from England who had been writing to him, sending replies.

“Glad we didn’t let you in America foreigner b–ch! USA is to [sic] smart for you fool. log off our American website and go do something foreigner.”

Heidi filed for legal separation from Spencer on June 8 with photographers in tow, igniting speculation that the couple was just scheming for publicity.

With Spencer absent from The Hills and real life in recent weeks, however, you have to wonder if Heidi really did up and leave the nut job for good.

If you listen to tabloid rumors, Robert Pattinson has either dumped Kristen Stewart or is about to be dumped by Kristen Stewart.

But if you listed to this Twilight Saga star himself, well, you won’t hear anything at all about his real-life relationship. Still, Parade was able to get Robert to open up about kissing Kristen - in Eclipse, at least.

Check out the following excerpts from Pattinson’s recent interview with that publication:

On Edward/Bella lip locks: “Kissing felt a little bit more natural in Eclipse, even if there was plenty of it. In New Moon and Twilight it was always like, ‘Oh, I’m gonna kill you if I kiss you’ or something. It was always kind of odd. But, in this one, they both understand their situation a lot more, which makes it easier. It’s the first time Kristen and I have been able to just act like a normal couple.”

On Edward wanting to wait: “Nowadays, everyone just goes around screwing everyone for no reason. Edward doesn’t really want to sort of cheapen his relationship with Bella, even though she’s pushing him to go all the way. He’s got this certain idea of how it should go with the love of his life. He wants to do it right and not just follow his base instincts. I guess I’m a bit old fashioned in that way as well.”

So… are he and Kristen dating? “I guess people like stories, that’s my basic conclusion. They just want everything in our lives to be like Twilight. The truth is… that I wish I had a few more hours of sleep today so I could think of a better answer.”

On dealing with Twihards: “I kind of made the transition in my head of not being freaked out by it… when it happens so often to you, you kind of actually look at people’s faces and see that they’re enjoying themselves, and it makes everything so much easier to accept. Everything becomes a lot easier.”

The Hills returns tonight for its final season … most likely. It could be extended a bit. Regardless, here’s a look back at some moments that defined its first five:

FORGET PARIS: In the first season finale, Lauren Conrad made a brutal mistake that would haunt her for two more years, choosing to spend the summer with tool Jason Wahler over accompanying Teen Vogue editor Lisa Love to Paris.

Fortunately, Whitney Port stepped in and fast-tracked her fashion career. Not that LC is hurting for cash, or boyfriends. Kyle Howard’s a big upgrade over J-Wahl.

FALLING DOWN: As a Teen Vogue intern, Whitney endeared herself to millions after what could have been her worst moment, falling on stage after Vogue tapped her to model Hilary Swank’s Oscar gown on Good Morning America.

The way she composed herself and handled the embarrassment with grace and dignity only impressed the higher-ups more, though (sorry to rehash this, Whit).

Two prominent former loves of Lauren Conrad.

THE LC SEX TAPE: It did not exist, but boy, did it spark a lot of celebrity gossip. Spencer Pratt (and in turn, THG) got so much mileage out of this twisted rumor.

BABY MAMA DRAMA: More than once, Heidi Montag has effed with Spencer regarding pregnancy. All a big hoax to watch him squirm? We’re all for it even if so.

KISSING BRODY J: Everybody does it at some point, but Lauren and he had such chemistry. Still, despite the Las Vegas birthday hookup, Brody Jenner and Conrad determined they work better as friends, which they’ve remained since.

THE TRANSFORMATION OF HEIDI MONTAG’S FACE: Enough said, and ongoing.

WORSE THAN HEIDI: LC accused Audrina Patridge of insinuating she hooked up with Justin-Bobby - and that Audzo is worse than Heidi Montag as a result.

CAREER EVOLUTION: The show began with a focus on young women and careers in L.A., then became about quasi-celebs whose careers were being on The Hills.

THE WEDDING: Heidi and Spencer’s wedding had something old, new, borrowed and even blue … the dresses worn by both Lauren Conrad and her old nemesis, Kristin Cavallari, who replaced her as the star of the show. Cold, MTV. Cold.

F*%KING PIRANHAS: Kristin didn’t wait long to stir up trouble, calling out Audrina and Stephanie Pratt and declaring “you f*%ked with the WRONG girl.”

GROSS LOVE TRIANGLE: On a list of things we didn’t need to spend a full season watching, Kristin and Audrina fighting over Justin-Bobby would be tops.

In his worst career move since retiring one year before the New York Giants won the Super Bowl, Today Show correspondent and former NFL star Tiki Barber has dumped his wife, Ginny, for former NBC intern Traci Lynn Johnson, reports say.

Tracy Lynn Johnson is just 23. They have two sons already and Ginny Barber is eight months pregnant with twins. A twin himself, you’d think Tiki would respect that. Then again, maybe Ronde Barber is really the one cheating. Think about it.

Ginny found out about the scandalous relationship late last year. Johnson, a model-thin bombshell, was photographed sitting next to Tiki at a Washington, D.C., screening of a documentary on Senegal that he hosted for the Travel Channel.

Sources believe Johnson also accompanied Tiki to Senegal for the filming late last year, when Ginny was three months pregnant. The affair is particularly stunning in light of Barber’s long-standing disdain for his philandering father.

Barber’s confidants were shocked at his conduct. One said:

“We were shocked to find out that he could walk out on his wife of 11 years while she’s pregnant with twins. He was with this girl in Senegal while Ginny was three months pregnant. And we believe she was also with him at the Olympics in Vancouver.”

Barber, who is believed to have relocated to an Upper West Side bachelor paid, released a statement yesterday in response to the Post story announcing the split:

“After 11 years of marriage, Ginny and I have decided to separate,” Barber said. “This decision was a painful one, but we are moving forward amicably and will continue to work together to raise our children with the love and dedication they have always known.”

Tiki had no additional comment. Ginny is a former fashion publicist and full-time mom to the couple’s two sons, A.J., 7, and Chason, 6. She also declined comment.

Man, first Tiger Woods. Then Jesse James. And now this. Now many more celebrity cheating scandals can we take? Too bad Tiki’s not following them to sex rehab.
