Glee

Glee has been off the air for nearly four months, but the cast and producers of the breakout Fox series offered hints about what’s to come Saturday night at the Paley Festival. The basic takeaway? There will be more breakups, makeups and new relationships than you can count when the show returns April 13.

Glee cast to kick off tour in May

Let’s break them down:

Rachel and Jesse St. James: “He’s the lead of Vocal Adrenaline,” says newcomer Jonathan Groff of Jesse. “He’s sort of the competition and he’s also a good foil for Finn and a good match for Rachel [Lea Michele].” The question is, does he actually like her or is he using her to get info on the enemy? That will be answered in the first episode back.

Rachel and Finn: “He might be a little jealous,” Cory Monteith says of his character’s reaction to Rachel having a new squeeze. But don’t fret: “I think that relationship is a long-stretching relationship,” Monteith says, “so, it’s not going anywhere.”

Corey Feldman

Corey Haim was in “the best frame of mind” in his life, Corey Feldman said on Larry King Live Wednesday night, adding that people shouldn’t jump to conclusions that his close friend died of a drug overdose.

Corey Haim dead at 38

Haim, who had struggled with addiction for many years, was taken to a Burbank hospital where he was pronounced dead Wednesday morning.

“They need to stop saying it’s a drug overdose,” he told Larry King. “Until the coroner’s report comes out … nobody knows.”

Haim was also dealing with his mother’s cancer battle, but Feldman said in the weeks before his death he was still positive. “Most recently he’s been, honestly, in the best frame of mind that he’s ever been in in the past year,” continued Feldman.

“He was fine. I mean, he was actually giving me some advice about something that I was upset about and he was being very positive. I had just been getting him out more recently. I had taken him up to the Playboy Mansion fairly recently for the Super Bowl party.”

Still, a source familiar with the case told TVGuide.com earlier Wednesday that Haim died of an apparent overdose.

Feldman acknowledged on King’s CNN program that Haim battled addiction for many years.

“I know it better than anybody, because I’ve been the guy stuffing charcoal down his throat when he was OD’ing. I’ve been the guy trying to make him, you know, stand up, or — or say a complete sentence. I’ve been there with him through it many, many times, ” Feldman said. “And it — it’s happened very badly, and very intensely through the years on many occasions.”

Feldman said he was still trying to “digest” Haim’s death. “I don’t think I’ve even come close yet.”

Sean Hayes

Four years after Will & Grace ended its run on NBC, Sean Hayes has something to say about his sexuality.

“I am who I am. I was never in, as they say. Never,” he tells The Advocate in a recent interview.

But, Hayes says, his sexuality isn’t anybody’s business. “I believe that nobody owes anything to anybody,” he said. “You are your authentic self to whom and when you choose to be, and if you don’t know somebody, then why would you explain to them how you live your life?”

The 39-year-old actor won an Emmy for playing the definitely-gay Jack McFarland on W&G and is set to make his Broadway debut in a revival of Promises, Promises co-starring Kristin Chenoweth.

Howard Stern: Jay Leno a Vomit-Inducing Thief

Howard Stern

Howard Stern has never been a Jay Leno fan, and Leno’s return to The Tonight Show hasn’t changed that. The mention of Leno’s name “makes me want to vomit,” Stern says.

“I don’t like this guy. I don’t disguise it,” Stern said Tuesday on told CBS’ Early Show. “Probably what irritates me the most is people in show business are afraid to say how much they dislike the guy, but I am not.”

Jay Leno’s new Tonight Show: same as the old Tonight Show

After accusing Leno of pushing Johnny Carson out of The Tonight Show, Stern said, “Jay is also a thief, and that’s what gets me… I consider Dave an original, David Letterman. I think he’s a pioneer.

“David Letterman once said in an interview — he started putting his mother on the air — and he said, you know, ‘I got that from Howard Stern.’
