We were astonished to read it, but Heidi Montag is apparently serious about divorcing Spencer Pratt - and she’s already playing the field again … sort of.
For the first time since the separation rumors started, she took to her Twitter and openly said she’s getting divorced, then promptly hit on Justin Bieber.
She may rue the day once his fans get wind of it.
The Hills star wrote: “@justinbieber now that I am getting divorced I think you and I should do a photo shoot together! Cutie 
! I’m closer to your age.”
Closer than what is not clear. She’s 23 and he’s 16. That is minimum security prison territory for the ‘Tag. Still, who can resist that bowl cut? Yummy …

In addition to salivating over the Bieb online, Heidi also Tweeted some interesting information pertaining to her upcoming new reality show with Jen Bunney.

Though there have been no photos and no named sources to back it up, Kim is rumored to be dating Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin.
As Lawson writes, if Dallas wins a championship next season, “then this thing is amazing.”
There are two caveats to the baller’s theory, however: Ray J and Scott Disick are still major losers.
Cut off by The Hills, and possibly by his wife, Spencer Pratt has been left alone with his thoughts. Fortunately, he still a Twitter account on which to share them.
Without any reality show producers to worry about, the hothead returned to the social networking site after a prolonged absence, unleashing a fury of Tweets.
No one is safe.
While he did not directly address his separation from Heidi Montag, Spencer targeted Hills stars and strangers alike in a rant easily comprising 100+ Tweets.
On Lo Bosworth: “Lo has been banging 60 year old rich guys on the side to keep up her look because she only gets paid few grand and plays star HAHA.”
“I pray to see @lobosworth ugly ass out in a club now that i can do whatever i want without feeling bad for heidi! lo your [sic] f–ked! Wh-re!”
Spencer Pratt has officially lost it.
On Audrina Patridge, who he previously accused of getting “Tijuana plastic surgery”: “Audrina has fake everything. Damn we fakeass reality show foolios.”
On Whitney Port, now the star of MTV’s The City: “No whitney port sucks and has ever since we were in high school together before all her surgeries.”
On Heidi’s mom, Darlene Egelhoff: “it’s her fake mom. ask the government! darlene lied about everything she told Heidi. she stole heidi as a baby! REAL.”
Wow. Spreading the love to strangers as well, Spencer targeted a particular Twitter user from England who had been writing to him, sending replies.
“Glad we didn’t let you in America foreigner b–ch! USA is to [sic] smart for you fool. log off our American website and go do something foreigner.”
Heidi filed for legal separation from Spencer on June 8 with photographers in tow, igniting speculation that the couple was just scheming for publicity.
With Spencer absent from The Hills and real life in recent weeks, however, you have to wonder if Heidi really did up and leave the nut job for good.

Britney Spears personally took to her Twitter account tell her five million-plus followers about an up and coming artist. Christian TV, you just got a lot of new fans.
Boyfriend Jason Trawick deserves a lot of the credit, as well.
“Sitting with Jason,” Tweeted Brit, who just passed Ashton Kutcher for most followers. “He just played my favorite new song of the summer, ‘When She Turns 18.’”
After the pop icon shared a link to the singer’s MySpace, Christian TV immediately showed his gratitude. “Thank you Britney! Glad youre feelin’ it!” he Tweeted.

She’s not the only one raving about the new artist - EW says the track has “hearts pounding and tongues wagging,” calling the scorching song a potential “smash.”
As for when we might hear some new music from Spears herself, we’re not sure but her recent album, Circus, and subsequent world tour were hugely successful.
In the meantime, she seems quite content hanging out with Jason and her two sons, not wearing bras and occasionally Tweeting her thoughts. We love you, girl!

But there are certain lines THG (or anyone with a conscience) knows not to cross. Foremost among them: the mass leaking of photos that depict a 17-year old’s private parts.
No one taught this lesson to Perez Hilton, however, as reports allege that immature, self-serving blogger Tweeted an uncensored, bare crotch shot of Miley getting out of a car this weekend. Early this morning, he definitely posted the following message:
If you are easily offended, do NOT click here http://i46.tinypic.com/2zre4pv.jpg Oh, Miley! Warning: truly not for the easily offended!

Who knows why Miley wouldn’t wear underwear - but taking an unauthorized picture of a 17-year old’s vagina and posting it online is as illegal and immoral as it gets.
These Tweets summed up the disgusting publicity hog that is Perez perfectly. But, hey, maybe you can do better! Leave a comment and let Perez Hilton have it. Don’t hold back. Lord knows he wouldn’t.

When Kim Kardashian bent over for Ray J on tape, it didn’t hurt her family. In fact, that act eventually led to a reality show and global fame for a group of individuals no one would ever have heard of if Kim didn’t take one for her siblings.
(Literally!)
Similarly, while she may be crying a river in interviews, Kendra Wilkinson’s publicized intercourse will pad her and her husband’s bank account by nine figures. Hard to sympathize with her family for that decision.
However, Danielle Staub is a 47-year old mother of two and fellow Real Housewife of New Jersey Jacqueline Laurita can’t believe Danielle would expose her children to such filth as these photos and their affiliated video.
Laurita Tweeted yesterday: “Heard from a VERY reliable source that D (Danielle) released her OWN sex tape. Heard it’s disgusting. Such disregard 4 her kids. I feel horrible 4 them.”
So do we. But to give Staub the tiniest shred of credit: at least she is aware the tape will be released on June 14 and hasn’t pretended like this is some horrible, unwanted violation of her privacy.
She’s an irresponsible mother and troubled human being that clearly played a role in the production and distribution of this tape - but, hey, at least she admits it.

Yup. No friends. Those are her own words. CAPS LOCK and all. Heidi Montag channeled her inner Kanye today in a Twitter rampage against peeps masquerading as such.
Specifically, “the ones who are pretending to be ‘friends’ or ‘family,’ [who are] are crazy, angry, broke, and bitter.” This is why “they haven’t been in my life for years!“
The fired-up Tweets came just a week after an emotional episode of The Hills where Montag told Kristin Cavallari her life was “really hard” without friends and family.
Hey, at least she has Spencer Pratt … if that’s even a positive thing. It’s probably the biggest reason why SHE HAS NO FRIENDS when you stop and think about it.
Besides, there must be someone out there she can talk to. Come on, Heidi. Keep your fake chin up. We highly doubt your Twitter and Facebook followers total zero.
